Tapping, thats what its called by majority of epic people that experience this magic… and you will understand why when you experience it ..
(hehe yes there’s a strong nudge to go and try it for yourself, why hold back on something that’s great am I right?!)
Ok so its offical name is Emotional Freedom Technique - sensible it actually describes what it does in its name … Emotional Freedom.. and its a Technique.

I would like to introduce myself first
Ahem * cough cough * not the rona kind!, the I got something important to say kind!
Im Teddi Emerald.
And I was a young woman that had zero zilch nada self belief.
However at the time I didn’t even know what self belief was.
I didn’t really like to think about myself in general, ( why would you want to if it made you feel bad?!)
…. and I found a great way of avoiding myself was by caring about everyone and everything else but me … makes sense right ?
This looked like being the nice girl, the friend to everyone, the shoulder to cry on for others ( even when I was going through so much I would hardly utter a word about it) the bubbly girl ( because I found out if I made others feel good they would want ME and to hang with ME … not consciously of course jeez that would be smart wouldn’t it … nope this was all happening with out me being aware of it! Sub consciously )
You know what this lead too..
A life that became full of everything but me.
None of my dreams happening ( because I lacked the self belief and confidence to take action on them)
Weekends full of the same ol what everyone else is doing ( instead of going after what I wanted )
I didn’t notice it straight away , it was more of a long unsatisfying haze , and a slight feeling of dissatisfaction. Wondering, Dreaming of something MORE.
After a few hard knocks to the heart and a breakdown of who I was.
I was ready to try ANYTHING to get me feeling more confident so I could go out and take action on what I wanted to create.
Enter TAPPING * stadium cheers , rainbow confetti , drop the bass and paaartttyyyyyyy
This modality QUICKLY and POWERFULLY shifted , transformed my beliefs and crappy feelings about myself.
No Joke it was quick.
We are talking minutes to change feelings!

My life took a WHOLE new turn
Suddenly attracting the creative jobs I wanted, I had the confidence to take on my own business (Trash Vintage - Byron Bay ) and things started to flow and work.
I could go on and on however you probably wanting to know more about, well what the hell is this Tapping! And How can I get some of this goodness, Right ?!
Tapping is a powerful technique combining ancient energetic principles, using the meridians or energy lines that travel through the body in conjunction with modern psychology, accessing the sub conscious mind.
What this can do is allow the body and mind to work together in harmony to process any intense feelings and thoughts … like that not feeling confident in your body, feeling like your not good enough, constant comparison that cripples you!

Releasing fear and worry and choosing to trust and feel safe.
Releasing old habits of critiquing and choosing new habits of praising.
I’m doing great and so are you.
Releasing care of what others think and valuing what I think and valuing what I think.
Choosing to love and accept myself more and more.
Choosing to validate myself more and more.
And I feel so good now and I choose to take it throughout the day.
Take a deep breath and see how wonderful it feels like and new thoughts start coming in!
Tapping If You’re Feeling Overwhelmed
This tapping video is for you if you've been feeling overwhelmed. I have been struggling so much recently. I feel like one thing after the other and it's just too much. I'm feeling exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, feeling like I can't think straight. It's just too much, and I really wanna feel differently, and I honor and acknowledge the way that I've been feeling, and I acknowledge all this heaviness and all this overwhelm, and I can really feel it in my mind and my body, and as I acknowledge the way that I've been feeling, I can really feel it and I can really heal it, and it's safe for my body and my mind to process and release these energies and thoughts, and I allow my body and mind to release all this heaviness and all this anxiety.
Releasing all this question from my mind and body now. Letting go of the thoughts that have been draining my energy, I'm open to a whole new way of being, and I choose to remind myself that I have it all within me.
Everything that I need to create and a different version of reality. I have this within me now, and by changing the way that I'm feeling and thinking about it, I open up more possibilities. So I'm releasing all this old heaviness now.
Bringing more space and more light into my mind and body. Choosing to focus on the things that I can do. Choose to focus on the things that will create the most impact, and maybe that first thing is looking after myself, looking after my mind and my body, and this will give me the energy that I need so I choose to focus on prioritizing myself making sure I'm drinking water I'm moving my body I'm getting some sunlight. Starting with the basics and looking after myself and it turns out I'm already doing it right now, by shifting my energy.
And I’m so grateful that I took the time to do it for myself. And I’m open to more energy coming through, and I’m open to all the new perspectives and ways of being I am today, and I’m open to things easier than I thought they could be.
And I deserve this now. Taking a deep breath in.
