Force or Flow: So What Do Feminine Energies Look Like For You?
For me, I find it's acting when there's inspiration, and when I have like this full body like, more like even chest, like my chest is really full and it's like energized, that's when I know, like the inspirations here and it's really easy to make my move. And it's exciting, it's like very exciting, kind of almost like I've had a coffee, like that kind of energy.
So, today I had this energy to come up to the Gold Coast and come to an event, and when I got up there, actually it turned out that the event was the day before. So knowing that I could have been like, oh no, like I've made a mistake, I've come up here, what am I gonna do?
However, I was like, no, there's something kind of meant to be here for, there's a conversation Iβm meant to have, there's someone Iβm meant to see, an idea that's meant to come through. What is it? And so, I was like, okay, thinking about where I was going, and I was like, I think there's someone that I need to speak to about something, I'm just gonna go with it.
And was driving along to this vegan Mexican place, and on the way I was like, oh, this person lives here, so I pulled into their place, end up having a chat for like a minute amount of time, and it was exactly this, it was about being an embodied female leader, what does that look like?
And it was so interesting, the conversation, that it was all about, well yeah, trusting our own intuition and trusting our flow, and having rest when we need it, and not pushing and forcing things to happen, which I often say can happen in the world in general, being an entrepreneur all these kind of things, or just even having a goal, there can be like sometimes this push to make it happen, like this force, whereas sometimes we need rest.
And a great thing about being a woman is throughout the month, we have different hormones, which means each week we have different hormones and we can feel either very extroverted, we might feel very introverted, we might feel very creative, we might feel very connecting and social.
There's a beautiful TED talk that talks about this, and it also goes a nice way to put it is, looking at each week as a season, so there's a summer, spring, an autumn, a winter. And so each week our hormones are changing, so sometimes we aren't going to be the same, we're not in a linear way, whereas a lot of men or people that are in their masculine energy might be more in that linear straightforward go get it kind of thing.
So, I think it's really beautiful as a reminder that we get to be different each week, and we can flow with that and start to trust our bodies and see what feels good, like what feels like, ah, exciting, like this feels good, and to trust that.
And even if it doesn't go the way that we thought it should, just be on the lookout for what is here for me? You know, why is the universe brought me here to this space? And it can open up so many interesting, interesting doors, and interesting perspectives, you know, when we're looking for the gem that's there for us, in a way to so in a way to say this.
So let me know what you think about this.
Have you found this? And how do you embody the feminine energy when you're working, and creating, and what does that look like for you?
