For me, I find it's acting when there's inspiration, and when I have like this full body like, more like even chest, like my chest is really full and it's like energized, that's when I know, like the inspirations here and it's really easy to make my move. And it's exciting, it's like very exciting, kind of almost like I've had a coffee, like that kind of energy.

If life is happening for you, not to you, how is the thing that's going on right now that's not the funniest that you would really rather wish it wasn't happening? How could that be happening to you? So for me this morning my car broke down, and I was on my way to exercise, do the lighthouse feeling fresh and feeling good for my body and I could have got really upset and been like, how crap like you know my cars have broken down, I don't get to go walking like I don't get to do what my plan was for the day.

Are we allowing energy to move through and express in the world, that can really bring so much sunshine to people’s lives and really brighten up people’s lives? But the challenge beyond this is we are often being attacked by this fear of other people's thoughts of us or this judgment feeling coming in that can crouch and limit out the expression of who we are.
